The process of screen printing begins with an idea for a graphic. We then take your idea and create printable artwork (you may provide your own artwork in .cdr, .eps, .ai format, or send us a .jpg file at 300 dpi sized for printing). Artwork is printed onto a stencil, which is then "burned" onto a screen. Each color requires it's own screen. The job is then set up, and the shirts are printed. Once the job is completed, the screens are removed, inks cleaned out of screens, and the screens are reclaimed for future prints.
Due to the costs of stencils, screens, set-up, tear down, and the reclamation of screens, all jobs with less than 36 pieces may incur a set up and screen charge.
Our normal production time is 7-10 business days. If you require a rush job, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, during peak seasons, this may not be possible.
