Embroidery

To embroider a design, the artwork must first be converted to stitches.  This is called digitizing.   The more intricate the design, the more time required to digitize.  We may "tweak" a design two or three times before we are happy with the finished product.  Unlike screen printing, the number of colors does not affect the price.  Embroidery  pricing is based on the number of stitches in a design.  Most left chest designs contain between 5000-10,000 stitches.

We also do custom applique work.  An applique is a process of cutting designs or letters out of a particular fabric, say, polka dots, and stitching the "polka dot" letters or design to a shirt or dress.
